Pursuant to Parts II and VIII of the Public Works Act 1981,

Land Information, Wellington:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares:

notice is hereby acquired for a limited access road,
pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand
Act 1989, and has become road, limited access road
and State highway and vested in the Crown.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120, declares:

(i) that the road described in the Second Schedule to this
notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land
described in Proclamation 3537.
