Survey and Land Information

Public Works Act 1981

Road Realignment in Waikato District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Waikato District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and that area:

(i) “A”, now known as Section 1, S.O. 59755, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 774, folio 119, limited as to parcels, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 035333.3., South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) “D”, now known as Section 2, S.O. 59755, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 1431, folio 98, limited as to parcels, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 005893.6 and H. 005893.8, and to notice H. 303296., South Auckland Land Registry.
