unmoored camouflage boat or maimai on the Wairau Lagoons, as defined in area G, except above the mean high water level.

Moored camouflaged boats are permitted for hunting or killing game in the Wairau Lagoons, as defined in Area G, but shall not be within 200 metres of any other hunting stand.

There shall be a closed season for Canada goose on the Wairau Lagoons, as defined in Area G from 30 September 1996 until 26 November 1996 inclusive.
Declaring an Open Season for Game in Estuaries and off shore islands outside the Nelson-Marlborough Fish and Game Region for the 1996 Game Season.
An open season is declared, subject to the conditions specified hereto and in the first Schedule, in the following specified areas:

D’Urville Island: herein after named the D’Urville Open Game Area and being an area encompassing D’Urville Island in it’s entirety.

Waimea and Moutere Inlets: herein after named the Waimea/Moutere Inlet Open Game Area and being an area that is enclosed between the boundary of the Nelson-Marlborough Fish and Game Region and a line connecting the points on that boundary passing through the western point of Tahunanui Beach and Moutere Bluff and Port Motueka.

Ruataniwha Inlet: herein after named Ruataniwha Inlet Open Game Area and being an area enclosed between the boundary of the Nelson-Marlborough Fish and Game Region and a line passing through Gibbstown and Taimatea Point.

Whanganui Inlet: herein after named the West Haven Open Game Area and being an area that is enclosed between the boundary of the Nelson-Marlborough Fish and Game Region and a line connecting the points on that boundary passing through Melbourne Point and Moki Point.
Conditions:

Game may only be hunted in the D’Urville, Waimea/Moutere, Ruataniwha and West Haven Open Game Area(s) in compliance with conditions specified for the Nelson-Marlborough Fish and Game Region 1996 open season for game.

Any licence authorising the holder to hunt or kill game within the Nelson-Marlborough Fish and Game Region for the 1996 open game season shall similarly authorise the holder to hunt or kill game in the D’Urville, Waimea/Moutere, Ruataniwha and West Haven Open Game Areas(s).

It is notified that Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated 3 May 1995 and pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares the following parts of State Highway No. 94 to be limited access road:
Gorge Creek Bridge No. 3 to Te Anau
Northern Side
From Gorge Creek Bridge No. 3 (at RP 99/7.24) approximately 700 metres south-east of the western boundary of part Section 3, Block III, Burwood Survey District, S.O. 10183, in a generally north-westerly direction for a distance of approximately 33.12 kilometres to Sandy Brown Road (at RP 130/7.06) at the eastern boundary of part Section 1055, Block I, Manapouri Survey District, S.O. 10639;
as more particularly shown on Sheets 1–13 of Plan 46796.01 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Regional State Highway Manager, Transit New Zealand, Dunedin and there available for public inspection.
Southern Side
From Gorge Creek Bridge No. 3 (at RP 99/7.24) in a generally north-westerly direction for a distance of approximately 33.54 kilometres to the western boundary of Section 759, S.O. 7917, Block I, Manapouri Survey District (at RP 138/0.00);
as more particularly shown on Sheets 1–14 of Plan 46796.01 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Regional State Highway Manager, Transit New Zealand, Dunedin and there available for public inspection, and
Upukerora River Bridge to Boundary Creek Bridge
From south-western side of the Upukerora River Bridge (at RP 138/2.97) in a generally northerly direction for a distance of 13.7 kilometres to the Boundary Creek Bridge (at RP 150/4.85) approximately 480 metres north-east of the southern boundary of part Run 301B, S.O. 4685;
as more particularly shown on Sheets 1–6 of Plan 46797.02 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Regional State Highway Manager, Transit New Zealand, Dunedin and there available for public inspection.
