Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975
St John’s Girls’ School, Invercargill (Attendance Dues) Notice 1996
Pursuant to section 36 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, the Senior Manager, National Operations, acting on authority delegated by the Minister of Education, hereby gives notice approving the charging of attendance dues at St John’s Girls’ School, Invercargill.
Notice

This notice shall be cited as the St John’s Girls’ School, Invercargill.

The proprietor of the above-named school may enter into an agreement with the parents or other persons accepting responsibility for the education of a child at the above-named school requiring them to pay attendance dues.

The attendance dues payable in respect of any pupil shall be $600 (exclusive of G.S.T.) per annum.

Attendance dues received by the proprietor shall be used for the purpose of paying for such improvements to, or for such capital works associated with, buildings and associated facilities of the above-mentioned integrated school as may be required or approved by the Minister of Education, pursuant to section 40 (2) of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, or for meeting debts, mortgages, liens, or other charges associated with any of the land and buildings that constitute the integrated school.

Supplementary Integration Agreement
Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:
Holy Cross School, Miramar.
The said supplementary agreement was executed on the 25th day of March 1996. A copy of the supplementary agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, 65 Waterloo Road, Lower Hutt.

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that an integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the Islamic Educational and Dawah Trust, the proprietor of the following school:
Kaitaia Abundant Life, Kaitaia.
The said integration agreement was executed on the 29th day of March 1996. A copy of the agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the national office of the Ministry of Education, Pipitea Street, Wellington.

St Mary’s School, Blenheim.
The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 29th day of March 1996. A copy of the supplementary agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, 123 Victoria Avenue, Christchurch.

Appointment of a Chairman and Members to the Quota Appeal Authority (No. F24)
Pursuant to section 28A (4) of the Fisheries Act 1983, I hereby give notice that I have appointed
Derek Robert Broadmore, solicitor of Wellington
to be chairman of the Quota Appeal Authority for a term of 12 months;
and
Royce Edwin Walter Elliott, retired of Lower Hutt
and
Richard Fraser, retired of Wellington
to be members of the Quota Appeal Authority for a term of 12 months.
