Pursuant to section 38 of the Electricity Act 1992, I hereby give notice that on the 28th day of March 1996, I approved the New Zealand Electrical Code of Practice for Electrical Safety of Fittings and Electrical Appliances 1995 (NZECP 3:1995) and approved the revocation of the New Zealand Electrical Code of Practice for Electrical Safety of Apparatus and Materials 1993 (NZECP 3:1993).

Copies of the New Zealand Electrical Code of Practice for Electrical Safety of Fittings and Electrical Appliances 1995 (NZECP 3:1995) may be purchased from the office of the Chief Electrical Engineer, P.O. Box 1473, Wellington.
