Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 211 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, the above-named company on 27 March 1996, passed a special resolution appointing Gerard Justin Toebes, solicitor of Wellington, as liquidator of the company.

The liquidation commenced on 27 March 1996.

Notice is hereby given that the liquidator of Puketiro Court Limited (in liquidation) fixes the 16th day of April 1996, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 286 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
