The shareholders have resolved that City and Suburban Developments Invercargill Limited be removed from the Register because the company has ceased to carry on business and has discharged in full its liabilities and all known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its memorandum and articles of association.

Any person wishing to object to the removal of the company may do so under section 296 of the Companies Act 1955, within 28 days of the date of this notice.
