Cancellation of the Vesting in Nelson-Marlborough Health Services Limited and Vesting in the Picton Health Trust of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, cancels the vesting in Nelson-Marlborough Health Services Limited of the local purpose (rest home) reserve described in the Schedule hereto, and further, vests the said reserve in the Picton Health Trust in trust for rest home purposes.

7432 square metres, more or less, being Section 1280, Town of Picton. All certificate of title 36/215.

Revocation of a Notice Relating to a Reserve and Issue of a Fresh Notice

Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Nelson/Marlborough Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the notice changing the classification of part of a reserve and vesting in The Marlborough District Council, published 16 November 1995, page 4372, notice number 7534 and hereby issues the following notice as a fresh notice in its place:

Classification of Part of a Reserve and Vesting in The Marlborough District Council

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Nelson/Marlborough Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, hereby classifies that part of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve and further vests the said part reserve, in The Marlborough District Council, in trust, for that purpose.

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Tongariro/Taupo Regional Conservator of the Department of Conservation, hereby authorises the exchange of that part of the local purpose reserve (segregation strip) described in the First Schedule hereto, for the land, described in the Second Schedule hereto.
