Revoking an Amending Notice and Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road, Crown Development Block, Trentham, Upper Hutt City

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, hereby:

1. Pursuant to section 54, revokes the amending notice dated the 16th day of February 1996, amending a notice declaring land to be road, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 22 February 1996, No. 15, at page 518.

2. Pursuant to section 55, hereby amends the notice dated the 29th day of August 1995, declaring land to be road, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 7 September 1995, No. 96, at page 3012 by:

   (a) Amending the legal description of the area eloquently described in its Schedule to read “Part Section 1, S.O. 37212; shown marked ‘Z’ on S.O. Plan 37223;”

   (b) Deleting from the end of its Schedule “Parts Gazette notices 379728.1, 626153.1 and B. 333778.1” and substituting the following:

   “Parts Gazette notices 379728.1, 626153.1 and B. 333778.1 and part certificate of title 37B/916.”

Declaring Leasehold Estate Acquired for Road, Land Acquired for Road and Taken and Road Stopped Near Shannon in the City of Dunedin

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, declares:

(1) Pursuant to sections 20 (1) and 28, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate described in the First Schedule hereto, is acquired for road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 87 and shall vest in the Crown on the 14th day of March 1996.

(2) Pursuant to section 20 (1), an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is acquired for road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 87 and shall vest in the Crown on the 14th day of March 1996.

(3) Pursuant to sections 20 (1) and 28, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate described in the Third Schedule hereto, is acquired for local road which, pursuant to section 114, shall vest in The Dunedin City Council on the 14th day of March 1996.

(4) Pursuant to section 20 (1), an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto is acquired for local road.

Schedule hereto, is acquired for road which, pursuant to section 114, shall vest in The Dunedin City Council on the 14th day of March 1996.

(5) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117, the part of the road described in the Fifth Schedule hereto, to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the leasehold estate in register book 7A/1481 and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 14B/992.

(6) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117, the part of the road described in the Sixth Schedule hereto, to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 10C/1342.

(7) Pursuant to section 119, the land described in the Seventh Schedule hereto, to be taken and declares that the land shall be amalgamated with the leasehold estate in register book 7A/1481 and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 14B/992.
