Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to Section 213 of the Companies Act 1955

I, Maurice George Noone, chartered accountant of Dunedin, was appointed liquidator of Design 2000 Homes Limited by the Court on 15 February 1996.

A meeting of creditors will be held at the offices of Coopers & Lybrand, Forsyth Barr House, The Octagon, Dunedin on Tuesday, 26 March 1996, commencing at 10.00 a.m.

The business to be transacted at the meeting is whether:

(a) To make application to the Court for the appointment of another liquidator in place of the present Court appointed liquidator, Mr M. G. Noone.

(b) To convey the views of creditors to the liquidators.

(c) To appoint a liquidation committee.

The following resolutions will be submitted to the meeting:

Resolution A:
