Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

On the 1st day of March 1996, T H Jenkins & Associates Consulting Engineers Limited and Roxburgh Construction Limited appointed Mark Sean Hanmer Smith, barrister and solicitor of Christchurch, as receiver and manager of the undertaking, property and assets of Frankton Marina Development Group Limited under the powers contained in an instrument being a debenture dated the 17th day of December 1994, given by Frankton Marina Development Group Limited (in receivership) in favour of T H Jenkins & Associates Consulting Engineers Limited and Roxburgh Construction Limited.

Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Richard Dale Agnew and Brian William McCloy, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at Coopers & Lybrand, Chartered Accountants, Level Twenty-eight, Coopers & Lybrand Tower, 23—29 Albert Street, Auckland, with reference to USA Import Express Company Limited, hereby give notice that on 29 February 1996, the Bank of New Zealand appointed them jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated 13 October 1995.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
