On 19 February 1996, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 211 of the Companies Act 1955, that WM Scollay & Co Limited be liquidated and that Alan Raymond Isaac and John Stewart Drage, chartered accountants of Wellington, be appointed as liquidators.

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of creditors will be held by way of an assembly of creditors at Level Three, 135 Victoria Street, Wellington on 21 March 1996, commencing at 2.00 p.m.

2. Appointment of liquidation committee, pursuant to section 288 of the Companies Act 1955 (as amended), if thought fit.

Proxies:

A creditor who is unable to attend may appoint a proxy, who need not be a creditor, to attend and vote instead of him. To be valid, a proxy form must be completed and deposited at the offices of the liquidator not later than 48 hours before the meeting.
