Final Determination: Oil Filters From Canada, Indonesia, Korea and Thailand

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 13 of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988, I have made a final determination that, in relation to the goods specified in the Schedule to this notice (hereinafter referred to as the “subject goods”):

(a) The subject goods imported or intended to be imported into New Zealand from Canada, Korea and Thailand are not being dumped; and

(b) The subject goods imported or intended to be imported into New Zealand from Indonesia:

(i) Are being dumped; but

(ii) By reason thereof no material injury to an industry has been or is being caused or is threatened.

Canada, Indonesia, Korea and Thailand.

Description of Goods
Oil filters for use on internal combustion engines.

The goods are currently classified under Tariff Items and Statistical Keys 8421.23.00 of the Tariff of New Zealand which classification is provided for convenience and Customs purposes only, the written description being dispositive.
