EXCLUDING:

Any that have a carbon content of less than 0.25% by weight and are;

(1) Flat bars and rods, viz 25mm up to 150mm in width by 3mm up to 25mm in thickness inclusive or,
(2) Hot rolled round bar up to 100mm in diameter or,
(3) Those containing indentations, ribs, grooves or other deformations produced during the rolling process or twisted after rolling and of a circular cross section.

(3) Those containing indentations, ribs, grooves or other deformations produced during the rolling process or twisted after rolling and of a circular cross section.
