Public Works Act 1981
Notice of Intention to Take Land
Take notice that The Dunedin City Council proposes to take under the Public Works Act 1981, the area of land being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title 8C/1188, being an area approximately 10.33 hectares located at Townleys Road, Kaikorai Valley, Dunedin.
The land is required for the establishment of a water treatment station and storage facilities. The taking of the land is considered by The Dunedin City Council reasonably necessary to improve the water supply for the lower levels of the Dunedin City.
Objections may be made to the Registrar, Environment Court, Justice Department, Private Bag, Postal Centre, Wellington, by the 20th day of January 1997.
Further particulars may be obtained from the office of the Court or from the council's solicitor, at the offices of Caudwells, Solicitors, Level Nine, National Mutual Centre, corner of The Octagon and George Street, Dunedin.

Wheat Producers Levy Act 1987
Levy for United Wheatgrowers (NZ) Limited
Pursuant to section 3 of the Wheat Producers Levy Act 1987, a levy has been imposed on and shall be payable by the producers of any wheat grown in New Zealand and sold or delivered to a flour miller, grain merchant, feed manufacturer or other purchaser of wheat.
In accordance with section 4 of the Act, United Wheatgrowers have determined the rate of levy to be $2.10 per tonne (G.S.T. exclusive).

Pursuant to section 44A of the Public Finance Act 1989, as substituted by section 40 of the Public Finance Amendment Act 1994, the New Zealand Historic Places Trust hereby gives notice that it has delivered to the Minister of Conservation its annual report for the year ending 30 June 1996, containing its financial statements, audit report and management statement for the period and has, with the consent of the Minister of Conservation, published the annual report.
