Advertisement of Application for Putting Company into Liquidation

Take notice that on Thursday, the 24th day of October 1996, an application for putting Huxstable Contractors Limited (formerly known as Austral Marine Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Whangarei.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Whangarei on Friday, the 20th day of December 1996 at 10.00 a.m.
