Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Antony Robert Burn and Antony George Lewis, chartered accountants, were appointed receivers of Riad Manufacturing Limited on the 22nd day of November 1996, under the terms of a debenture giving the holders a fixed and floating charge over the whole of the assets of the company. The property in receivership is all of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.

The receivers’ office address is Coopers & Lybrand, corner of Devon and Robe Streets, New Plymouth.
