Declaring State Highway to be Limited Access Road State Highway No. 53: Featherston to Martinborough

It is notified that Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated
6 November 1996, and pursuant to section 88 (1) of the
Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares that part of
State Highway No. 53, commencing at Featherston (at
RP 00/1.00 on the northern side and RP 00/1.05 on the
southern side) proceeding in a generally south-easterly
direction, for a distance of 15.87 kilometres on the northern
side and 15.95 kilometres on the southern side, to
Martinborough; as more particularly shown on Plan
LA 9/53/1 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of
the Regional State Highway Manager, Transit New
Zealand, Wellington, and there available for public
inspection, to be a limited access road.

building) reserve over the land described in the Schedule

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation
from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional
Conservator for the Auckland Conservancy of the
Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the
following resolution was passed by The Waitakere City
Council at its meeting held on the 22nd day of May 1996:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by
section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and in fulfilment
of the outstanding conditions of subdivision consent
granted in the matter of SPW 11760, SPW 11799/4
and Land Transfer Plan Number 84406, The
Waitakere City Council hereby resolves that the piece
of land held by the said city in fee simple and
described in the Schedule hereto, shall be and the
same is hereby declared to be, a recreation reserve,
subject to the provisions of the said Act.”

600 square metres, more or less, being Lot 286,
D.P. 84406, situated in Block XV, Waimetama Survey
District. All certificate of title 102D/200. Subject to Part
