4442 NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE No. 169

Land Acquired for Conservation Purposes, Near Mokau, Waitomo District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired, together with the appurtenant right of way created by transfer 200517 for conservation purposes, and shall vest in the Crown, subject to the Conservation Act 1987, on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.
