Amending a Notice Declaring Land and Leasehold Estate in Land Acquired for Government Office Accommodation in the City of Dunedin

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Dunedin, hereby amends the notice dated the 12th day of March 1987 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 March 1987, No. 35, page 1244, declaring land and leasehold estate in land acquired for Government office accommodation in the City of Dunedin by omitting the First Schedule and substituting the following Schedule.
