Eastland Rural Fire District Notice 1995, Amendment No. 2
Pursuant to the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1977, the National Rural Fire Authority hereby makes the following notice.
Notice
- Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Eastland Rural Fire District Notice 1995, Amendment No. 2 and shall be read with and deemed part of the notice constituting the Eastland Rural Fire District made on the 15th day of November 1995 (a) (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of December 1996.
- Amendment of Rural Fire District—(1) The Schedule to the principal notice is hereby amended by omitting the Schedule thereto and substituting the Schedule set out herein.

Where a boundary is shown there shall be immediately adjacent to those lands a fire safety margin of 1 kilometre deemed to be within the boundaries of the Eastland Rural Fire District.

The boundaries are more particularly delineated, but excluding the fire safety margin, on those plans NRFA 122 entitled Eastland Rural Fire District, deposited in the national office of the New Zealand Fire Service at Wellington.’’
