Exemption From Specified Requirements of the Traffic Regulations 1976

Pursuant to regulation 90 (2) and (3) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, I, Peter Nicholas Rendall, Senior Vehicle Compliance Officer, hereby exempt the motor vehicle specified in Schedule 1 of this notice from the requirements contained within regulation 73 (5) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, subject to the conditions specified within Schedule 2 of this notice.

Conditions

(i) The glazing exemption only applies to glazing fitted to the vehicle body and behind the driver’s seat which is not requisite for driving visibility;
