To All Persons Having Any Actual or Potential Claim With Respect to the Proceeds of Sale of the Vessel Gold Coast
Take notice that on the 12th day of December 1996 at 2.15 p.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard, counsel for the above-named intervenor will apply to the High Court of New Zealand at Whangarei for the following orders:
- Leave to intervene in these proceedings.
- Leave to enter an appearance after judgment in these proceedings.
- A declaration that it was the beneficial owner of Gold Coast prior to its judicial sale in the proceeding M. No. 122/94.
- An order tracing the intervenor’s equitable proprietary interest in Gold Coast into the proceeds of sale of the ship paid into Court in proceeding M. No. 122/94 and into the balance of the security standing for the ship in M. No. 4/92.
- An order for payment out to the intervenor’s solicitors, Chapman Tripp Sheffield Young, of the balance of moneys remaining in Court in proceedings M. No. 4/92 and M. No. 122/94, together with any interest thereon.

The Honourable (Justice) John Steele HENRY; and
The Honourable (Justice) Edmund Walter THOMAS,
Judges of the New Zealand Court of Appeal,
be appointed Members of Her Majesty’s Most Honourable Privy Council.”

Animal Remedies Act 1967
Licences Issued And Revoked Under the Animal Remedies Act 1967 (Notice No. 1023; Ag. 154)
Pursuant to section 21 (6) of the Animal Remedies Act 1967, the Registrar of the Animal Remedies Board hereby gives notice that the licences listed in Schedules I, II and III have been issued as follows:
- The licences for remedies listed in Schedule I are new licences issued, not declared to be Prescription Animal Remedies.
- The licences for remedies listed in Schedule II are new licences issued which have been declared to be Prescription Animal Remedies and may be administered to an animal only—
(P.A.R) class I
(i) By a veterinary surgeon; or
(ii) Under and in accordance with the authority or prescription of a veterinary surgeon.
(P.A.R) class II
(i) By a veterinary surgeon; or
