Proposed Amalgamation of Nicholsons Holdings Limited and Nicholsons Investments Limited

The directors of Nicholsons Investments Limited and Nicholsons Holdings Limited, have proposed that these companies amalgamate, pursuant to section 209 of the Companies Act 1955. The amalgamating company is Nicholsons Holdings Limited and the amalgamated company (that is, the continuing company) is Nicholsons Investments Limited.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder, creditor or anyone to whom Nicholsons Holdings Limited owes an obligation, at the offices of Spicer & Oppenheim, 120 Albert Street, Auckland, during normal business hours.

Any shareholder, creditor or person to whom Nicholsons Holdings Limited is under an obligation is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request.
