Land Acquired for Road or the Functioning Indirectly of a Road and Land Set Apart for Road, Bell Block, New Plymouth

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and agreements to that effect having been entered into, the Minister of Lands, declares that:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road.

(b) Pursuant to section 20, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road.

All land to be vested or to remain vested in The New Plymouth District Council on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Stopped and Added to Land Held for the Purposes of a School Site in the City of Nelson

Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (7) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Lands and Property, Land Information New Zealand, Nelson, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto, to be stopped and further declares the stopped road to be added to land held for the purposes of a school site by Gazette notice 293787.1.
