Education Act 1989

Teacher Registration Board Fees From 1 January 1997

Pursuant to Part X of the Education Act 1989, the following fees (G.S.T. inclusive) will be charged by the Teacher Registration Board:

Each application for registration ... $45.00
(For successful applicants this fee includes the cost of the practising certificate.)

Renewal of a 3 year practising certificate ... $45.00

Duplicate practising certificate or certificate of registration ... $25.00

Each application for a limited authority to teach ... $25.00
(For successful applicants this fee covers an authority for up to 2 years.)

Renewal of a limited authority to teach, per annum or part thereof ... $15.00

Bank charges or third party charges incurred by the Registration Board in processing applications or authorities, or renewing practising certificates or authorities, will be additional.

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 3 May 1993, which was granted under those regulations to Isabel Johnston in respect of:

Te Kohanga Reo Te Rangimaria Ki Otahuhu, care of Otahuhu College, Mangere Road, Mangere East, Auckland.

The centre has closed.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 27 August 1991, which was granted under those regulations to Arthur Peri in respect of:

Pou Kara Ariki Te Kohanga Reo, care of Rawene Hospital, Rawene, Northland.

The centre has closed.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
