The board of directors of Farra Dunedin Engineering Limited (“Farra”) gives public notice of the proposed amalgamation of Farra and The Otago Iron Rolling Mills Company Limited (“OIRM”) under Part VA of the Companies Act 1955. The proposed amalgamation will result in the amalgamating companies continuing as one company which will be Farra.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any member or creditor of Farra or OIRM or any person to whom Farra or OIRM is under an obligation at the registered office of Farra and OIRM, 43 Cresswell Street, Dunedin, during normal business hours.
A member or creditor of Farra or OIRM or any person to whom Farra or OIRM is under an obligation is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to Farra or OIRM.
