Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to Section 213 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

We, Rowan John Chapman and Geoffrey Donald Campbell Walker, chartered accountants of Auckland, liquidators of Outset Investments (NZ) Limited (in receivership and in liquidation), hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 213 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held in the committee room at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand, 27-33 Ohinerau Street, Remuera, Auckland at 9.30 a.m. on Friday, the 15th day of November 1996.

The purpose of the meeting is to consider the following business and resolutions:

(1) That the creditors resolve to confirm the appointment of Rowan John Chapman and Geoffrey Donald Campbell Walker as joint and several liquidators; and

(2) If the above resolution is not passed then to consider whether an application should be made to the Court for the appointment of replacement liquidators; and
