Performance Measures

for the 12 Months ended 31 March 1996

  1. The SAIDI for the total number of interruptions within each interruption class, which shall be calculated in accordance with the following formula:

where -

a is the sum obtained by adding together the interruption duration factors for all interruptions within the particular interruption class; and

b is the total customers
