Reduction of Capital

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of CentralPower Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 400 Church Street, Palmerston North:

Notice is hereby given that the order of the High Court of New Zealand, dated 26 September 1996, confirming the reduction of the capital of the above-named company from $27,539,030.50 to $22,031,224.50 and the minute approved by the Court were registered by the District Registrar of Companies at Wellington on 25 October 1996. The minute is as follows:

The issued capital of CentralPower Limited is $22,031,224.50 divided into 44 062 499 fully paid ordinary shares of $0.50 each having been reduced from $27,539,080.50 divided into 55 078 061 fully paid shares of $0.50 each.
