Notice is given that John Owen Bamford, a shareholder of Wooden Floors Limited, the registered office of which is at 70 Sale Street, Auckland, intends to request the Registrar of Companies to remove the company from the Register under section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993. The request will be made on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.

Public notice is given that the liquidator has, in compliance with section 231 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1955, sent or delivered to the Registrar of Companies, the documents referred to in section 231 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, thereby completing the liquidation of the above company, pursuant to section 219 of the Act.
