In the matter of a proposal under Part XV of the Insolvency Act 1967, made by Donald Walter Andrews, semi retired accounts clerk of Lower Hutt:

Take notice that Donald Walter Andrews, semi retired accounts clerk of Lower Hutt, has filed a proposal under Part XV of the Insolvency Act 1967 in the office of the High Court at Wellington.

A copy of the proposal, a condensed statement of the assets and liabilities of the insolvent, a list of the creditors affected by the proposal and showing the amounts of their claims, a form of proof of debt and a voting letter are available from the provisional trustee, John Gwilliam, Solicitor, P.O. The creditors qualified to vote at the meeting, may by resolution decided by a majority in number and three-fourths in value of those creditors who vote, accept the proposal made by the insolvent either as made or as altered or modified at the meeting. If so accepted and if approved by the Court the proposal is binding on all the creditors affected.

Alan Raymond Isaac and John Harold Gaukrodger, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at KPMG, 85 Alexandra Street, Hamilton, hereby give notice that on the 10th day of October 1996, the Bank of New Zealand appointed them jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of SWZ Construction Limited, under the terms of a debenture dated the 11th day of January 1996, giving the holders a fixed and floating charge over the whole of the assets of the company. The property in the receivership is all of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
