Amending a Notice for Land Set Apart for Road, Limited Access Road and State Highway, Ngauranga Gorge, Wellington City

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington, amends that notice dated the 23rd day of February 1994, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 3rd day of March 1994, No. 20, page 994, by removing “0.0073 Part Lot 6, D.P. 3010, all GN. 798704 (S.O. 26666)” in the Schedule.

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington:
