Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired, subject to the right of way contained in memorandum of transfer H. 597574.1, for the purposes of a road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment in Waikato District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in the Crown, and which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes limited access road, and State highway.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be taken.

(d) Pursuant to sections 117 and 119, declares that:

(i) Areas "O", "H" and "I", now known as Section 1, S.O. 60354, and Sections 1 and 2, S.O. 60355 respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 464, folio 243, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 264754.2, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) Areas "P" and "Q", now known as Sections 2 and 3, S.O. 60354 respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 608, folio 48, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 297201.4, South Auckland Land Registry.
