  1. Revocation of Christchurch-Lyttelton Road Tunnel Bylaw 1986/1—The National Roads Board Bylaw 1986/1 is hereby revoked.

This bylaw was made by resolution passed at a meeting of Transit New Zealand held in Wellington on the 2nd day of October 1996.

Conservation Act 1987

Amendment to a Notice Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes

Pursuant to section 50A of the Conservation Act 1987, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Canterbury, hereby amends the notice dated 15 September 1994, declaring land to be held for conservation purposes, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 22 September 1994, No. 96, page 2925, by substituting the description of the land referred to in the Schedule thereto with the following:

being Section 1, Block XI, Benmore Survey District, S.O. 21084
