On the 7th day of October 1996, we, Laurence George Chilcott and Peter Charles Chatfield, were appointed under powers conferred by a registered debenture dated the 18th day of June 1996, to act jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the assets and undertakings of the above-mentioned company.

Murray Neil Frost and Lindsay John Brown, chartered accountants (whose offices are Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Otago House, 481 Moray Place, Dunedin), hereby give notice that on the 7th day of October 1996, Bank of New Zealand appointed them jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Colonial Homes (Otago) Limited, under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 31st day of July 1996. The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all of the company’s real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsosever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Anthony George Lewis and Timothy James Reid, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed receivers of Lithographic Laboratories Limited on the 8th day of October 1996, under the terms of a debenture giving the holders a fixed and floating charge over the whole of the assets of the company. The appointment of the receivers was made at the request of the company. The property in receivership is all of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
