Member, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, New Plymouth, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is acquired for addition to the Tunnel Hill Scenic Reserve and shall vest in the Crown, subject to section 19 of the Reserves Act 1977, on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.

As shown coloured on the above-mentioned plan, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at New Plymouth.

State-Owned Enterprises Act 1986

Land Vested in Landcorp Investments Limited

Pursuant to section 24 (1) of the State-Owned Enterprises Act 1986, and to an authorisation dated 26 April 1995 from the Ministers of Finance and State Owned Enterprises, the National Regulatory Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

  1. Title—This notice may be cited as the Landcorp Investments Limited Vesting Notice 1996 No. 3.

  2. Application—(1) This notice applies to all the land described in the Schedule to this notice, saving and excepting:

    (a) The bed of any lake whose bed has an area of 8 hectares or more.

    (b) The bed of any river whose bed has an average width of 3 metres or more.

    (c) Any land covered and uncovered by the flow and ebb of the tide at mean spring tides.

    (2) In subclause (1) of this clause, the terms “bed”, “lake” and “river” have the meanings assigned to them by section 2 (1) of the Resource Management Act 1991.

  3. Vesting—Subject to section 24 of the Conservation Act 1987, the land to which this notice applies shall vest for an estate in fee simple in Landcorp Investments Limited (a company duly incorporated under the Companies Act 1955, having its registered office at Wellington and being a State enterprise within the meaning of section 29 (1) of the State-Owned Enterprises Act 1986) on the 22nd day of February 1996.

    (i) Together with the appurtenant rights (if any) described in the Schedule to this notice; but,

    (ii) Subject to the rights, interests and encumbrances (if any) to which it is described in the Schedule to this notice as being subject.

1.8415 ha Sections 1 and 2, S.O. Plan 12128, situated in Blocks I and II, Town of Seaview Bush.
2.5660 ha Section 1, S.O. Plan 12132, situated in Block I, Town of Seaview Bush.
2.2445 ha Sections 1 and 2, S.O. Plan 12135, situated in Block III, Invercargill Hundred.
