Revoking and Amending a Notice Realigning Road (Tennant Drive) in the City of Palmerston North

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member – Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, hereby:

1. Pursuant to section 54, revokes the amending notice dated on the 8th day of January 1996, amending a notice realigning Tennant Drive, Palmerston North, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 11 January 1996, No. 1 at page 60.

2. Pursuant to section 55, amends the notice dated on the 14th day of September 1995, realigning Tennant Drive, Palmerston North, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 21 September 1995, No. 103 at page 3317 by:

   (a) Deleting from the First Schedule of the notice the area thirdly described, referring to the area marked “C” on S.O. Plan 37319; and

   (b) Adding to the First Schedule of the notice the following areas:

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member – Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, hereby amends the notice dated on the 29th day of August 1995, declaring land to be road, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 7 September 1995, No. 96 at page 3011 by:

(a) Adding to the end of the body of the notice the following:

“(e) ‘Stormwater drainage’ over the land described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice.”

(b) Deleting from the Second Schedule the areas thirdly and fourthly described.
