(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for a limited access road, which becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette; and

(b) Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, those parts of road described in the Schedule to be stopped.
