Huia Fire District Notice, February 1996

Pursuant to section 26 of the Fire Service Act 1975, the New Zealand Fire Service Commission hereby gives the following notice.

N o t i c e

1. This notice may be cited as the Huia Fire District Notice, February 1996.

2. This notice shall come into force on the 26th day of February 1996.

Constitution of Fire District

4. The urban area of the town of Huia is hereby constituted as fire district.

5. The boundary of the constituted fire district is defined and delineated on a plan held at the national office of the New Zealand Fire Service, Wellington.

Bay of Plenty Fire Districts Notice, February 1996

Pursuant to section 26 of the Fire Service Act 1975, the New Zealand Fire Service Commission hereby gives the following notice.

N o t i c e

1. This notice may be cited as the Bay of Plenty Fire Districts Notice, February 1996.

2. This notice shall come into force on the 28th day of February 1996.

3. This notice revokes and is in substitution for all previous fire district notices for the districts listed in the Schedule.

4. The urban areas of the towns listed in the Schedule are hereby constituted as fire districts.

5. The boundaries of the constituted fire districts are defined and delineated on plans held at the national office, New Zealand Fire Service, Wellington.

The Authorised Life Insurance Companies Notice (No. 1) 1996

Pursuant to the Securities Act 1978, the Securities Commission gives the following notice:

N o t i c e

1. Title and commencement and expiry—(1) This notice may be cited as the Authorised Life Insurance Companies Notice (No. 1) 1996.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of March 1996.

(3) This notice shall expire with the close of the 28th day of February 1997.

2. Interpretation—(1) In this notice “the Act” means the Securities Act 1978.

(2) Any term or expression which is not defined in this notice, but which is defined in the Act, shall have the meaning given to it by the Act.

3. Authorised life insurance companies—Each life insurance company named in the Schedule to this notice is hereby declared to be an authorised life insurance company for the purposes of the Act in respect of all life insurance policies issued by that company.
