Public Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above Company From the Register

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of International Export Company Limited (in liquidation):

Public notice is given that the directors of International Export Company Limited intend to send or deliver to the Registrar of Companies an application for the removal of the company from the Register. The application relates to International Export Company Limited, whose registered office is situated at the offices of Smith Chilcott, Chartered Accountants, First Floor, General Buildings, 29 Shortland Street, Auckland. The request to remove the company from the Register has been filed pursuant to section 293 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1955, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its memorandum and articles of association and the Companies Act 1955.
