Notice for Priority of Claims on Sale of Ship “Ivan Korobkin”
Ad. No. 699

In the High Court of New Zealand, Auckland Registry
In the matter of Admiralty Action in REM, between
Pusan Shipbuilding and Engineering Company
Limited of Pusan, Korea—Plaintiff:
And—The Ship “Ivan Korobkin” her cargo and
freight—Defendant:

Whereas the above-named ship has been sold and the gross
proceeds of such sale, amounting to $USD1,000,000 have
been paid into Court at the above Registry;

And whereas the priority of the claims against the said
proceeds will not be determined until after 60 days from
when the notice first appears in the New Zealand Gazette.

Take notice that any person having a claim against the ship
or the proceeds of sale thereof on which he/she intends to
proceed to judgment should commence an action to enforce
that claim before the above date and, if need be, apply to
the Court to extend the period within which the order of
priority of claims will not be determined, failing which an
order determining the priority of claims against the ship or
the proceeds of sale thereof may be made without notice to
him.

Pursuant to section 39 of the Public Finance Act 1989, the
Ministry of Cultural Affairs hereby gives notice that it has
delivered to the Minister of Cultural Affairs its annual
report for the year ended 30 June 1996, containing its
financial statements, audit report and management
statement for the period and has, with the consent of the
Minister of Cultural Affairs, published the annual report.

Closure of Milburn School (3770) Notice

Under section 154 of the Education Act 1989, and acting
under the authority delegated to me, I hereby declare that
Milburn School (3770), Otago, will close on the 31st day of
December 1996, and will cease to be established on that
day.

Education (Early Childhood Centres)
Regulations 1990

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood
Centre

Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early
Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under
authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby
cancel the licence dated 28 October 1992, which was
granted under those regulations to Maioha Fifta in respect
of:

Punanga Patoka Kohanga Reo, situated at Cole Street,
Dannevirke.

The centre has closed voluntarily.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its
notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
