Business Development Boards Act 1991
Notice of Appointment of Chairperson of the Waikato Business Development Board
Pursuant to section 11 of the Business Development Boards Act 1991, the Minister of Business Development is pleased to appoint
Grant Thomas, councillor of Hamilton
as Chairperson of the Waikato Business Development Board for the period commencing on the 10th day of October 1996 and expiring with the close of the 9th day of October 1997.

Code for Business Development Boards 1995, Amendment No. 1
Pursuant to section 7 (3) of the Business Development Boards Act 1991, I hereby give the following notice:
Notice
- Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Code for Business Development Boards 1995, Amendment No. 1, and shall be read with and deemed part of the Code for Business Development Boards 1995* (referred to in this notice as the principal Code).
(2) This notice shall come into effect on the 10th day of October 1996.
- Amendment to Schedule—The Schedule to the principal Code is hereby amended by revoking clause 8 and substituting the following clause:
"8 Where an appropriate training programme is not available in a region, the Board may contract with a provider to deliver a suitable programme. If the costs of running such a programme cannot be met in full by the fees paid by participants in that programme, the Board may assist by making a financial contribution."

Pursuant to section 6P of the Conservation Act 1987, I appoint the following persons to Conservation Boards, pursuant to section 6R of the said Act, I appoint each member for a term commencing from the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette and expiring on 31 August 1998:
Nelson Conservation Board
Paul Hedwig, real estate director of Nelson.
West Coast Conservation Board
Andrew McCarthy, teacher of Runanga.

Pursuant to section 6P of the Conservation Act 1987, I appoint the following persons to Conservation Boards and, pursuant to section 6R of the said Act, I appoint each member for a term commencing from the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette and expiring on 31 August 1998.
