Pursuant to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Dunedin, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land.

All that piece of land containing 1.2276 hectares, being part Section 49, Block III, Waikouaiti Survey District. All certificate of title No. 15D/918.

Road Realignment in the City of Dunedin

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Dunedin, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road, and shall vest in The Dunedin City Council on the 3rd day of October 1996.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, be stopped and:

(i) the areas marked “F” and “G” to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 255/230 Limited.

(ii) the area marked “H” to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 6A/607.

(iii) the area marked “I” to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 13B/835.

(iv) the area marked “J” to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 13B/831.

(v) the area marked “K” to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 8A/372.

(b) Pursuant to section 119, the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, be taken and:

(i) the areas marked “L”, “M”, “O”, and “P” to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 255/230 Limited.

(ii) the area marked “N” to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 13B/831.

(iii) the area marked “Q” to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 8A/372.
