Pursuant to the Finance Act 1989

The Ministry of Fisheries hereby gives notice that, pursuant to section 32A of the Public Finance Act 1989, as substituted by section 27 (1) of the Public Finance Amendment Act 1994, it has delivered to the Minister of Fisheries the Fisheries Research annual report for the year ended 30 June 1996. The report contains a statement of service performance and a statement of liabilities, and has, with the consent of the Minister of Fisheries, been published.

Notice of Withdrawal of Product Ruling

1. This is a notice of a withdrawal of a product ruling made under section 91F of the Tax Administration Act 1994.

2. Product ruling 96/9 is hereby withdrawn.

3. Product ruling 96/9 originally applied to a superannuation scheme for the period 16 April 1996 to 31 March 1999, and notice of its making appeared in the New Zealand Gazette of 2 May 1996.

4. Product ruling 96/9 is withdrawn on and from 3 October 1996.
