Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Lands and Property, Land Information New Zealand, Nelson, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Nelson City Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Christchurch, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated the 14th day of August 1966, and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 22nd day of August 1996, No. 89 at page 2347, by substituting ‘5662’ for ‘5619’.

(iii) The area marked “D” shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 27B/72.

(iv) The area marked “E” shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 333/274.

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager Crown Property Services, Christchurch, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, together with the appurtenant right to drain sewage created by easement certificate A145715/7 is hereby acquired for recreation reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and shall vest in The Christchurch City Council on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.
