I, Murray James Horn, Secretary of the Treasury, hereby give notice that on 4 September 1996, I became aware that the Crown was vested under section 299 of the Companies Act 1955, with rights as registered proprietor in respect of an estate in fee simple in all that land containing an area of 1 rood, more or less, situate in the Borough of Riverton, being Section 2, Block IX, Town of Riverton, more particularly described in certificate of title A4/1331, Southland Land Registry, by virtue of the removal of More & Sons Limited from the Register of Companies on 27 January 1977.

Pursuant to regulation 90 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, I, Peter Nicholas Rendall, Senior Vehicle Compliance Officer, hereby exempt the motor vehicle specified in Schedule 1 of this notice from the requirements contained within regulation 78A (c) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, subject to the conditions specified within Schedule 2 of this notice.
