Take notice that on the 16th day of September 1996, an application for an order that The Hillsborough Motor Cycle Club Incorporated, be put into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on the 29th day of October 1996 at 10.00 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant incorporated society, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
