Take notice that on the 17th day of September 1996, April Holdings Limited, the holder of a debenture dated the 1st day of May 1996, granted by Pacific Dairy Products Limited (formerly known as April Investments Limited and then Asda Ice Cream Limited) (“the company”), appointed Anthony John McCullagh and Michael John Moore, as receivers and managers of the property of the company under the powers contained in the said debenture, which property consists of all freehold and leasehold land, fixed plant and machinery, patents, trade names, unpaid and uncalled capital and goodwill and other assets.
