Land at Fairlie Set Apart for Education Purposes

Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, declares the land firstly described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the easements contained in Pipeline Certificate 481643, be no longer held under the Land Act 1948 and, together with the land secondly described in the Schedule hereto, be set apart for education purposes.

Land Acquired for Road, Weymouth Street, New Plymouth

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, New Plymouth, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The New Plymouth District Council on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.
